I have never had an experience with the hospital while in Aruba, but from reading the experiences of others on this forum, I have learned that the cost of the ER with services and medicines includes are very minimal in comparison to the US.From what I can remember reading, I don't think health insurance is accepted by the hospital in Aruba..
